Charlie Rapino is a veteran music executive with an extensive career in A&R, artist development, and strategic branding. As Vice President of A&R and Communications at Artist First, Italy’s largest independent music company, he has led major initiatives in music marketing and artist relations. He also serves as Vice President of Relations at the Web3Music Association and advises global music and media companies including the WRM Fund and Ridley Scott Creative Group. Previously, he held executive roles at Sony Music International and Decca Records, and was instrumental in launching Take That to global success. Known for his deep industry influence, he has collaborated with leading artists, labels, and film studios worldwide.
